In countries, UNAIDS brings together the resources of the UNAIDS Secretariat and 11 UN system organizations for coordinated and accountable efforts to unite the world against AIDS."
From the 2016 Full Report: "The Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) supports direct health care and support services for over half a million people living with HIV (PLWH)—more than 50 percent of all people living with diagnosed HIV in the United States . The RWHAP has successfully created effective patient centered services to support strong provider-patient relationships. The RWHAP funds and coordinates with cities, states, and local community-based organizations to deliver efficient and effective HIV care, treatment, and support services for low-income PLWH."
