Find Court Cases


Step 1:  identify the name of a court case that deals with your topic.  An example search in a search engine like Google might be:  "social media" "court case".  Use the quotations.  It will force Google to search for the exact phrase "social media" not social in the first sentence and media in the 10th sentence. 

Step 2: Once you have the name of the court case, you can try to find the full text of the case in a database called Hein Online, linked below.
