NUR 2100/NUR 2400: Integrating Your Sources - Online Workshop

A guide to get you started with locating and evaluating appropriate and credible professional health information for NUR 2100 and NUR 2400.

How to use these videos

These video tutorials are designed to help you better understand the fundamentals of how to properly integrate your sources into your work.

This is a part of the Research Toolkit workshop series. While we are not able to incorporate the same level of active learning that we do in the traditional workshops, these videos are designed to replicate the in-person workshop as closely as possible. This workshop has been divided into four parts. Each section is less than five minutes long.

If you are completing this workshop for class credit, please check with your instructor on whether this is available in your Pilot course. The videos below do not include the quiz for credit.

Part One - Writing Timeline, Integrating Sources, and Signal Phrases

Part Two - Summarizing a Source

Part Three - Annotations: Note-taking and bibliographies

Part Four - Paraphrasing and Revising
