According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' website, https://StopBullying.gov, “Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior among school-aged children that involves a real or perceived power imbalance. The behavior is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated, over time.”
Bullying takes many forms. StopBullying.gov delineates three types of bullying: verbal, social, and physical.
