Kinesiology and Health: Artificial Intelligence (AI)

A research guide of recommended information resources for Kinesiology and Health

Be certain you understand all of your instructors' policies about AI use in all your courses

Wright State University's Academic Integrity Standards and Process for Misconduct addresses Artificial Intelligence in Section 3710.2:

"If an AI statement is not included in the course syllabus and/or course content, then students may not use any type of generative AI to complete coursework. Using generative AI to complete any assignment or exam, or any portion thereof, without express permission from the instructor, will constitute an academic integrity violation and may result in penalties."

Be certain you understand if AI use is permitted in each course and if so, what your professor has delineated as acceptable uses of AI.  If AI use is explicitly permitted for particular purposes, be sure to follow the use and citation guidelines of your discipline's citation style manual and your professor's instructions.   Consider keeping for your own records a screenshot or download of the exact output you retrieved from the AI tool you used, as the same prompt does not generate the same output over time.
