What is DeStress for Success?

Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or anxious? Do you need something to take your mind off of what is worrying you? Find activities, links, and ways to de-stress here.

During finals week, the library hosts activities to help ease stress. This is a virtual way to support you during a stressful time of the semester.

This year, DeStress for Success activities will be available in person at the Paul Laurence Dunbar Library from Monday, November 29 - Thursday, December 9. If you aren't able to DeStress in the library, visit this guide when you need to take a break and DeStress!
