IMPORTANT: When searching for statistical data always keep in mind the question: "Who would be interested in collecting this type of data?" For example, the number of soft drinks sold in the United States? A good source for data would come from the beverage industry and their trade association. Think of those organizations that use the data in their operations and you will have more luck in finding appropriate data. For very detailed industry or income data, there may be a cost in acquiring it for your use. Look for statistical reports first in the University Libraries catalog and in OhioLINK records. Contact the government and history librarian for additional help.
